Al-Qur'an is a revelation from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala that does not contain any doubt and was revealed as a reminder and guidance to humans so that they return to the right path. In the context of Brunei Darussalam as a Zikir Nation, Al-Qur'an is likened to the “pulse" that animates the lives of individuals, communities and nations. This was among the highlights of the Tadabbur Al-Qur'an Surah As-Sajdah, Verses 2 and 3 during the 221st Munajat Ramadhan organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Among those present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Awang Haji Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Awang Haji Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs. The Tadabbur also outlined that when Al-Qur'an is used as a guidance for life, it can produce a society that is faithful, has noble character, integrity and the awareness to carry out the commands of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala and avoid His prohibitions.

The ceremony included a mass recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah, Surah As-Sajdah and Selawat Tafrijiyyah as well as Doa Peliharakan Sultan and Brunei Darussalam. Also participating virtually were the Takmir Committees, Youth and Congregants from the Kampung Belimbing Mosque, Subok and the Al-Muhtadee Billah Mosque, Kampung Sungai Kebun.
